We are a Michelin Bib Gourmand dinner restaurant in Echo Park, specializing in organic sourdough pizza that is 100% naturally fermented, topped with exciting new modern ingredients, and cooked out of a classic Neapolitan-style wood burning oven.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pizza cook who truly loves this industry and wants to be proud of their work and deepen their knowledge for cuisine.

Our menu's theme revolves around the beauty of natural fermentation from our sourdough pizza, natural wine to seasonal ferments. A lot of dishes will include a wide variety of pickling & preservation techniques- expect to prepare housemade kimchi & other lacto ferments from ingredients in the height of their season.

We are committed to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. Our team is passionate about creating a unique and memorable dining experience for our guests.
