We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. As a Surgical Nurse in our Women's Health department, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients and their families, providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and efficient nursing care to patients with flexibility and a willingness to adjust priorities in response to changes in patient acuity, volume, emergencies, staffing or scheduling.
- Collaborate interdepartmentally to deliver excellent patient care.
- Perform well working within a small team and demonstrate leadership qualities.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor's in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered Nurse licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
- BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
