Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team on a seasonal basis. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to expectant mothers and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to expectant mothers and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in emergency situations, including cesarean sections and postpartum hemorrhage
  • Document patient information and care provided in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
  • Current South Carolina nursing license
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM, and CPI certifications
  • One year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting
