Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, implementing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, and conducting quality audits. The QA Specialist will also be responsible for managing overall quality processes in the production department and ensuring the quality of the warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain GMP standards in the production department
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with GMP standards
  • Manage overall quality processes in the production department
  • Ensure the quality of the warehouse operation
  • Log dates and help prevent damages

Requirements

  • Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
  • Skills in Quality Auditing and process improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in food production or manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of basic mechanical maintenance is a plus but not required
  • Degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field is a plus but not required
  • Degree in the culinary field is a plus but not required
