Private Banker II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Banker II to join our team at S and T Bank. As a Private Banker II, you will be responsible for performing business development activities for high net worth clients, focusing on loans, deposits, and assets under management.

• Identify and develop relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
• Work with clients to create customized financial plans, recommending investment, deposit, and lending options.
• Collaborate with line of business partners to achieve high net worth clients' financial goals.
• Maintain a robust network of centers of influence to generate referrals.
• Perform ongoing analysis of client accounts to ensure alignment with client goals and bank profitability.
• Coordinate meetings with clients to discuss financial goals and objectives, recommending products and services from multiple business lines.

• Four-year college degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• Five to ten years of experience selling financial products to high net worth clients.
• Measurable proven track record of financial product sales, including consumer loans, wealth management solutions, and deposit products.
• Credit, underwriting, sales, and leadership experience preferred.

The successful candidate will be required to operate a keypad device, electronic equipment, and office equipment, with occasional lifting and/or moving up to 30 lbs. Travel for business development and training is expected up to 50% of the time.
