We are seeking a skilled Esthetician/Microblade Artist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and sterile work environment, and performing high-quality eyelash extension services.

• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
• Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on the benefits and expectations of the microblade process
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high-quality and consistent professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our referral program
• Work under the direct supervision of a Manager, Trainer, or supervisor

• Active or soon-to-be Missouri Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• Customer service-focused; love your guests

• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on services offered
