  • Assemble Products: Assemble products and parts in manufacturing processes, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Perform Validation Testing: Conduct validation testing to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
  • Meet Production Targets: Meet deadlines of individual production targets during shift, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Document Progress: Create progress reports, defect reports, and incident reports as necessary to ensure accurate documentation and communication.
  • Maintain Worksite: Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
  • Review Manufacturing Manuals: Review and follow manufacturing manuals and processes to ensure compliance and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to detect potential problems with machinery.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with the ability to adapt to changing production schedules.
Preferred Experience
  • Automotive Manufacturing: Experience in automotive manufacturing, with knowledge of production equipment and processes.
  • SAP/MES: Experience with SAP/MES systems, with the ability to navigate and utilize software effectively.
  • Automated Production Lines: Experience working on automated production lines, with knowledge of production equipment and processes.
Working Conditions
  • Production Floor: 100% of work will be performed on the production floor.
  • Physical Demands: Extensive walking and standing on the production line, with the ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
