Job Summary

UCHealth is seeking a skilled ICU Nurse to join our dynamic team at Memorial Hospital Central. As a critical care specialist, you will provide top-notch patient care utilizing the nursing process and prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the ICU or PCU, utilizing the nursing process to ensure exceptional outcomes.
  • Prioritize a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Model proficiency through precepting new team members.
  • Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
  • ACLS certification.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
