Makeup Artist

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Makeup Technician to join our team at Carowinds. As a Makeup Technician, you will be responsible for applying stage make-up, liquid latex, and other special effect makeup to our talented performers.

• Apply stage make-up, liquid latex, and other special effect makeup to talent.
• Learn and comply with the safe and appropriate use of all chemicals necessary for the job.
• Work with supervisors to maintain working condition of latex prosthetics assigned production, including maintenance and cleaning.

• Previous experience with make-up application, theatrical make-up or prosthetic application required.
• Ability to demonstrate creativity and good judgement.
• Commitment to safety and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
