Ballet Dance Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ballet Dance Instructor to join our team at Showcase Dance Studio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Ballet dance classes to students of various ages and skill levels, while maintaining a structured and engaging dance curriculum.

• Teach Ballet dance classes to students in a safe and supportive environment.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students, promoting technical mastery and artistic expression.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective dance program.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.

• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Ballet dance classes.
• Strong knowledge of Ballet technique and pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Dance certifications or degrees from reputable institutions.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• First aid and CPR certification.
