Job Title: DevOps Support Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Support Engineer to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for managing technical onboarding and offboarding, providing desktop support, and ensuring system consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Onboarding: Coordinate the acquisition of new PCs, set up new accounts, provision PCs, and perform new PC setup, including account creation and licenses.
  2. Desktop Support: Provide password resets, admin access request fulfillment, technical offboarding of old employees, and regular updates and ad-hoc infrastructure changes.
  3. Environment: Responsible for best practices and AWS Infrastructure, including management of new AWS Accounts, migration to AWS control tower, and analysis of current infrastructure and suggestions for improvements.
  4. Development/Deployment: Best practices and SOPs for code build and deployment pipeline, best practices and SOPs for deployment of custom functions, and build tools/templates for creating lambdas, Fargate services, etc.
