Job Overview

We are seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Youth Sports Coach at My Gym - Astoria.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging fitness programs for children from babies to upper elementary ages.
  • Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and weekends to accommodate various scheduling needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated passion for working with young children and commitment to their physical and emotional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic knowledge of dance, sports, theatre, or fitness is preferred but not essential.
