Role Overview:
As a Culinary Specialist, you will play a vital role in our mission to promote healthier lifestyles through outstanding food offerings. In this position, you will have the opportunity to refine your culinary skills while preparing a variety of menu items, including prepackaged meals and fresh, hot food selections.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently managing multiple tasks, including preparing ingredients for the culinary team and crafting high-quality meals.
2. Adhere to established recipes, knife skills, and cooking techniques to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes.
3. Effectively multitask and balance preparation work while ensuring timely meal preparation at the highest quality standards.
4. Recognize the ideal appearance and taste of products, utilizing core recipes and techniques to maintain quality.
5. Assist in inventory management and ordering processes, utilizing guides to control stock levels.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production kitchen.
- Experience with food preparation.

Preferred:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts.
- Experience as a Prep Cook, Pantry Cook, or Apprentice.
- Line cook experience.
