**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Installation Specialist to join our team at Banks Power. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing our premium aftermarket performance systems and kits on light-to-medium trucks and RVs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect vehicles for any visible damage prior to installation.
  • Complete installations on customer vehicles in accordance with stated terms, ensuring exceptional quality standards and adherence to safety policies.
  • Perform thorough QA testing and inspection of each installation, conduct test drives, and record results.
  • Maintain accurate time records in the ERP system and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Provide technical assistance and cross-training to other installers when needed.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience as an automotive and light truck mechanic, or equivalent experience.
  • ASE certification or comparable certification preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend installation manuals, specifications, and diagrams.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
