Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at StretchLab. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for helping our members achieve their fitness goals and improving their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fitness consultations and assessments to understand members' goals and develop personalized training plans.
  • Design and deliver safe and effective exercise programs for a wide range of participants, including one-on-one training, group training, and virtual training.
  • Provide guidance, education, and encouragement to members to help them make incremental lifestyle changes and achieve sustainable results.
  • Develop relationships with members to improve retention and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of club programs and events to promote member engagement and retention.
  • Participate in staff meetings and other required activities to stay informed about club operations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A Certified Personal Training certificate with any of the following accrediting bodies: NASM, NSCA, ACSM, WITS, AFFA, ACE, ISSA and/or a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or a related field.
