About the RoleThis is a school-based occupational therapist position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy. As an Occupational Therapist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students and assess their occupational therapy needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Virginia. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
About the PositionWe offer a competitive salary, ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve and maintain certification as a Board Certified Specialist in one of the following areas: pediatric occupational therapy, geriatric occupational therapy, or mental health occupational therapy.
- Demonstrate effective clinical judgment, assessment, and intervention techniques in working with students across diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals as necessary.
Estimated Salary Range: $75,500 per year, based on industry standards and location.
