EHS Director

Peak Rentals is seeking an experienced EHS Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting safety and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

• Develop and implement EHS plans, programs, and objectives for the business.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with operations, maintenance, HR, and EHS leadership to coordinate activities and ensure strong safety performance.
• Establish and maintain a culture of safety within the organization.
• Provide training and education to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any deficiencies or gaps in EHS performance.

• Three to five years of experience in safety and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and company policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
