Women's Health Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and document patient information accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification within 90 days of hire
• At least one year of nursing experience in a NICU setting
