Job Summary

The Clinic Nursing and Quality Supervisor is a key member of the clinic leadership team, responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, and implementing clinical best practices. This position ensures state and federal compliance and provides clinical support patient care services in an efficient and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical staff performance and provide coaching and mentoring
  • Develop and implement clinical best practices
  • Ensure state and federal compliance
  • Provide clinical support patient care services
  • Coordinate patient care activities with other healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Washington Registered Nurse License - for locations in Washington
  • Completion of an ONS approved Chemotherapy course, Maintain certification - Cancer Center Infusion East, Infusion, Transfusion Chemotherapy, Outpatient Transfusion
  • Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Maintain certification - Lactation Postpartum, Postpartum Care Center
  • 3 years RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting
  • 3 years Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation
  • 3 years experience providing patient education
