Practice Overview
Our 12-provider primary care clinic boasts a diverse group of specialists onsite, providing a comprehensive range of services. The average patient encounters per day are around 18-20, with 34 patient contact hours per week. You will enjoy a manageable call frequency of approximately 1:14, with phone consultations only and first-tier nurse triage support.
Income Details
We offer a competitive income package, including a resident stipend, medical school loan forgiveness, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance. You will also benefit from a 2-year initial salary guarantee, with opportunities to exceed through our innovative compensation program that rewards production, quality, and patient experience.
Benefits and Qualifications
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, featuring generous time off, CME allowance, malpractice insurance (including tail coverage), retirement contributions, and more. We welcome board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physicians who hold a graduate degree from an accredited ACGME/AOA residency training program. You must be licensed by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice and obtain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
About Our Location
M Health Fairview Clinic – Blaine is situated approximately 17 miles north of downtown Minneapolis and serves a predominantly residential community. As part of our Pioneer Accountable Care Organization, you will be working within a multidisciplinary team to manage clinical care using a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record system.
