We are currently in search of a Senior Director of Rehabilitation Services to oversee our corporate operations. The Senior Director will have the authority and responsibility for the daily management of our rehabilitation, repair, and accessibility service divisions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, compliance expertise, and a keen attention to detail. The ability to swiftly comprehend, respond, and inspire others to adapt to a dynamic organizational landscape is vital for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that teams provide safe and compliant products with the highest service standards.
  • Develop compliance resources and training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Utilize training to establish standard operating procedures for all service lines, ensuring optimal customer and staff experiences.
  • Guide customer service teams in their professional growth, assisting them in achieving their developmental objectives.
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and support the creation of development programs.
  • Coach customer service personnel on representing the customer perspective throughout the service lifecycle to maximize satisfaction and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the comprehensive customer narrative to fruition.
  • Lead customer experience discussions in meetings and actively engage with executive team members as necessary.
  • Oversee and update compliance policies and procedures.
  • Manage insurance and other audit processes.
  • Coordinate with the Vice President of Operations for compliance visits and data reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations and CMS Conditions of Participation.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Capability to influence peers and senior management.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and reporting.
  • Open availability and flexibility to meet business needs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
