We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Redstone Highlands in Murrysville, PA. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide total nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain a safe and abuse-free environment for all residents.
- Accurately document residents' conditions, medications, treatments, and other mandated records.
- Complete admission processes, including assessments, interim care plans, and service plans.
- Current Practical Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
