Optometric Assistant

We're a leading provider of eye care services, and we're looking for charismatic individuals to join our team as Optometric Assistants. As a key member of our exam practice, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the best possible experience for every patient.

As an Optometric Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining complete and accurate patient records
• Conducting preliminary testing and introducing patients to our ODs
• Transitioning patients from the doctor to our sales floor and providing associates with necessary information to educate and recommend products and services
• Executing day-to-day operational activities to support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals
• Opening and closing the store/office as needed

We're looking for individuals with:

• Related customer or patient experience (but not necessary)
• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience
• Licensed OD Techs will have/maintain a State Opticians License
