Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in Norfolk, VA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, VAV components, and other HVAC equipment and building systems.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Universal EPA or CFC certification required.
  • Technical training in HVAC highly desired.
