Position Overview:

Jailhouse Brands LTD is looking for an Artisan Pizza Chef to enhance our talented culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the crafting, cooking, and presentation of our signature Tray style pizza.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare all food items served to our customers.
• Organize food production to align with serving schedules.
• Memorize and understand menu items, including abbreviations, presentation styles, and portion sizes.
• Follow established recipes and accommodate special dietary requests.
• Utilize standard kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Comply with all sanitation and food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances.
