Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare budgets and monitor project expenditures
  • Liaise with suppliers to procure necessary materials
  • Conduct final inspections, create punch lists, and secure project acceptance
  • Maintain daily logs to track and report on project progress
  • Uphold high standards of customer service with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Utilize project management tools, including Excel and B2W software
  • Process change orders and facilitate project modifications

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting civil engineering drawings
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to perform the following tasks: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly. The role may involve occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, as well as frequent walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods. Work may be conducted outdoors in varying environmental conditions.

Minimum Hiring Standards:
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable communication means necessary
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening, including drug testing and background checks
