Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on care and support to residents, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Administer medications and treatments, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Pass.
  • Document and record medication administration, including refusals and missed doses.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Engage residents in activities and promote independence, dignity, and physical safety.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
  • CMA certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
