About the Role:

The Emergency Services Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the emergency department. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement care plans and provide high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

  • Graduation from a school of nursing and current licensure as an RN
  • One year Med/Surg experience preferred
  • Current RN license required, can be compact license
  • BLS required within 30 days of hire, or prior to completion of orientation if before 30 days of hire
  • ACLS required within 6 months
  • PALS required within 6 months
  • Advanced Stroke Course preferred
