• Client Services: Provide customized facial and body treatments to clients, combining your expertise and artistry with our protocols and modalities.
• Team Leadership: Hold team members accountable for delivering the Massage Envy client experience consistently, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.
• Operational Management: Control expenses per service, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for clients.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new skin care products and services, and participate in product launches and training.
