Compensation

The compensation package for this role includes a salary range of $28 to $32 per hour based on experience, with entry-level positions starting at $18-22 per hour. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid training, paid vacation, paid holidays, and more.

Job Description

As a Restoration Crew Chief - Water and Fire Damage Expert, you will play a critical role in leading our team of production technicians. Your responsibilities will include communicating restoration processes, supervising technicians, performing production processes, identifying safety hazards, managing job file documentation, controlling costs, ensuring quality control, and maintaining company vehicles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Have a flexible schedule
  • Be reliable, customer-oriented, and willing to work as part of a team
  • Be honest and committed to working for an ethical business
  • Prior experience in carpet cleaning, water extraction, mitigation, and demolition is preferred but not required
  • Have reliable transportation and live within 30 minutes of our office in Bridgeview, IL
  • Hold a valid driver's license (no exceptions)
  • Be able to drive a 16 foot box truck
  • Be able to lift at least 75 pounds
  • Have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions)
  • Be willing to work on call and weekends on a rotating schedule with all other Crew Chiefs/Techs
  • Be willing to work overtime when necessary
