Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer - Entry Level to join our Transportation Infrastructure team. As a Game CHAnger, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including highway, traffic, and aviation, and contribute to the development of comprehensive solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in rotational cycles of business-critical engineering assignments, working on projects such as highway design, traffic management, and aviation infrastructure development.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and industry experts to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to the development of technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Participate in structured learning opportunities, including training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • EIT certification preferred.
  • No prior engineering experience required, but internship or cooperative learning experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with engineering, computational, and modeling software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
