About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working laborer to join our team at Alderwood Landscaping. As a laborer, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced crew members with various tasks related to landscape construction, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and leveling ground.
  • Operate various equipment, such as skid steers and mini excavators, under the supervision of experienced crew members.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, such as digging, hauling, and lifting, as needed.
  • Assist in the installation of hardscapes, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
  • Participate in the maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
