Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Encourage and support individuals in their personal goals and aspirations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and community resources
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • No prior experience required; training provided
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
