VIP Parking Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at Barona Resort and Casino. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to every visitor, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Quality Guest Service: Always be friendly and courteous to fellow staff and guests, finding opportunities to offer a smile, wave, and greeting.
• Deliver Excellent Guest Service: Provide top-notch internal and external guest service, embodying the Barona Magic.
• Vehicle Retrieval and Transportation: Drive any vehicle requested by the guest to be parked or retrieved, and issue a claim check to designate the vehicle's location.
• Arrange Guest Transportation: Arrange for guest transportation using taxi, shuttle service, or other forms of transportation.
• Quality Service Delivery: Provide quality guest service whenever given the opportunity.

Requirements:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Valid California Driver's License: Required
• Good Physical Mobility: Good physical mobility and coordination to quickly retrieve and drive all types of vehicles
• Clean Driving Record: Required
• Good Verbal Communication Skills: Required
• Good Guest Service Skills: Required
• Good Math Skills: Required

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED: Required
• Previous Transportation or Guest Service Experience: Helpful
