Product Quality Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Quality Control Manager to join our team at Hyve Solutions. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall-out, audits, and ISO. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements and achieving stated objectives while meeting current ISO standards.

In this role, you will review and approve Product and Processes Corrective and Prevention Action Plans, assess and evaluate all reliability testing, equipment service, and calibration, and perform failure analyses, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up. You will also execute internal audits on QMS, EMS, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards, coordinate UL (Underwriter's Laboratory) and other regulatory factory audits, and conduct regular conference calls with customers or vendors.

To succeed in this position, you should have a BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or relevant discipline, plus 3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality control, and leadership positions. You should also have proven understanding of mechanical drawing and/or tools, good knowledge of server level component design and operation, as well as computer system level integration processes and interoperability.
