Job Overview

ASAP Personnel Services in Texas is currently seeking a Cold Storage Order Picker for a warehouse environment. This role is a Temp to Hire opportunity, focusing on the distribution of goods to various food service establishments. Candidates with prior freezer environment experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve orders from the storage area using a paper packing list
  • Utilize an electric pallet jack for moving products
  • Transfer items from the freezer to the cooler (temperatures below 32 degrees)
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a freezer warehouse (temperatures as low as -2 degrees)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Work Schedule & Compensation:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, with potential overtime and occasional Saturdays
  • Hourly wage of $19.00
