We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Handler to join our team at Flextronics International USA, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling tasks related to storing, counting, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment within the warehouse.

This includes packaging, receiving, shipping, and moving materials, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock checks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, proficiency in operating forklifts, and familiarity with using scanners and computers.

Additionally, they will have knowledge of Excel and Outlook, as well as the ability to handle equipment safely and effectively.

We are seeking a team player who is proactive in addressing low stock levels and has strong communication skills.

The Shipping and Receiving Handler will be responsible for collaborating with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals, and will follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the logistics coordinator with morning and afternoon shipments
  • Handling the receiving of incoming goods and materials
  • Organizing and putting away finished goods in designated storage areas
  • Reviewing shipping schedules to determine what can be shipped and when
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock checks as needed
  • Ensuring all shipments are properly packaged and labeled for delivery
  • Collaborating with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals
  • FOLLOWING safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
