Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Desert View Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients of all ages in various patient care areas, including critical care and NICU/Labor & Delivery.

• Deliver respiratory therapy modalities and assessments to patients
• Perform responsibilities independently and without supervision
• Qualify for the position with a CoARC-approved Respiratory Therapist program and 1 year of acute/critical care respiratory therapy experience
• Hold a Registered Respiratory Therapist credential and current Nevada Practitioner of Respiratory Care License
• Obtain Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and/or Neonatal Resuscitative Provider (NRP) certification within 90 days of hire if applicable

• Graduate of a CoARC-approved Respiratory Therapist program
• 1 year of acute/critical care respiratory therapy experience
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• Current Nevada Practitioner of Respiratory Care License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
