We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Management Officer to oversee significant initiatives within the Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA). This is a full-time, hybrid role (onsite 4 days a week) with The Global Excellence Consulting Group.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the formation and onboarding of project teams, ensuring they are well-integrated into the organization and have a clear understanding of project objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication between external stakeholders and project teams, while monitoring project advancement and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with organizational milestones.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and communication strategies, managing expectations with team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and oversee project dependencies and critical paths related to organizational change management and training.
- Utilize appropriate tools to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones effectively.
- Conduct daily team meetings to capture project updates, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Maintain a centralized repository of milestones identified by various workstream leads, providing status updates and escalating risks as necessary.
- Keep a risk and issues registry, tracking progress and managing changes in project scope while preparing contingency plans.
- Deliver timely metrics and audit results to assess progress towards quality objectives.
- Encourage Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes to identify and eliminate project obstacles.
A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. An active Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) or equivalent Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (PMI) certification is mandatory. Project Management Professional Certification is highly preferred.
