As a Retail Cashier and Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service to all patrons, vendors, and team members. You will manage transactions, advocate for our agency programs, and assist with inventory management, store upkeep, and product presentation. Our associates play a crucial role in maintaining a tidy store environment and are expected to adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

The revenue generated from selling donated items in our retail locations supports our outreach initiatives, allowing us to invest in the community through job training, social services, and family support programs. Additionally, you will help Goodwill divert significant amounts of waste from landfills.
