We are seeking a skilled Dicer Operator to join our team at Royal Fresh Cuts. As a Dicer Operator, you will be responsible for operating Urschel slicing and dicing equipment to produce high-quality products.

• Examine and measure products to ensure conformance to specifications
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and maintain product quality
• Adjust machine controls to optimize performance and efficiency
• Remove completed products from machines and store them for further processing
• Remove substandard products and adjust machine components to meet quality standards
• Perform various support functions, including cleaning, waste disposal, and record-keeping
• Operate within Quality Assurance specifications and follow GMP and SQF guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a wet and cold environment for extended periods
• Physical ability to lift, pull, and push over 50 lbs
