Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality patient care in a home care setting. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for observing patients, recording vital signs, and implementing care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Observe patients and record significant conditions and reactions
  • Notify supervisors or physicians of patient conditions and reactions to treatments
  • Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocols
  • Take and record patients' vital signs to detect deviations from normal
  • Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care
Requirements:
  • Active LPN license in the state of IL
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push, and pull
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screening
  • Hands-on CPR card
