We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Optimizer II to join our team at Entegee. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for investigating manufacturing product quality and compliance issues, analyzing results, and developing reports.

Job Description

This role involves optimizing manufacturing processes using engineering methods such as Six Sigma and Lean. You will also develop, update, and maintain technical content of risk management files, create training and documentation materials for production processes, and assign support tasks to technicians.

  • Analyzing moderately complex manufacturing product quality and compliance issues.
  • Developing reports and implementing process improvements.
  • Optimizing manufacturing processes using engineering methods.
  • Developing and maintaining technical content of risk management files.
  • Creating training and documentation materials for production processes.

Additionally, this role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. If you have experience in performing customer complaints investigations and composing detailed reports, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and relevant work experience in complaint investigation, root cause analysis, and risk assessment. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance procedures is also essential.
