Loyalty Collision, a member of the expanding Loyalty Automotive Group, is seeking a committed customer service expert to enhance our operations.
This role involves guiding clients through the repair journey, both via phone and face-to-face interactions, while providing essential administrative assistance to our collision repair center.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process.
- Manage inquiries from walk-in clients and phone calls.
- Assist in scheduling repairs and preparing cost estimates as necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication among customers, team members, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
- Support vehicle drop-offs, coordinate customer transportation, and handle necessary documentation.
- Perform additional related tasks as required.
