CT Technologist Job Summary

In a dynamic and patient-centered environment, the CT Technologist plays a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating the CT scanner, positioning patients, and administering contrast agents to obtain diagnostic scans. With a strong focus on quality and safety, you will work closely with our radiologic team to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the CT scanner to obtain diagnostic scans, adhering to the scope of practice for medical imaging as defined by ARRT and ASRT.
• Review each examination for technical accuracy and transmit images to PACS as needed.
• Schedule patients in conjunction with the Outpatient Scheduling Department, ensuring seamless coordination of imaging services.
• Participate in department meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous quality improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

• Current Radiologic licensure from the State of Ohio Department of Health or equivalent licensure in WV.
• BLS certification required.
• ARRT eligible or registered.
