Job Summary:

North Carolina Personal Care Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill a Part-Time Home Care RN Supervisor position. As a Home Care RN Supervisor, you will provide client care oversight, care coordination, and support to our team of home health aides and nursing assistants.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client assessments and develop care plans
  • Supervise and train home care staff
  • Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

Requirements:
  • Active North Carolina RN license required
  • Minimum two years experience of supervisory or home care, home health, or related programs
  • Professional Demeanor, Time Management, and Nursing Documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in quality management preferred
  • Must be proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office
