Key Responsibilities:
• Engage regularly with Highways contracts to gather essential construction waste data and necessary documentation, including waste transfer notes and environmental permits for the utilized waste sites.
• Accurately input or upload the collected information into the electronic reporting system, ensuring it is categorized under the appropriate sites and contracts.
• Continuously review and update the system to incorporate new construction sites, depots, and contacts as they become operational.

Compliance and Documentation:
• Assist in ensuring that all relevant compliance paperwork is completed and readily accessible.
• Collaborate with the Materials & Waste Advisor to maintain up-to-date waste documentation, including waste transfer notes, permits, and waste carrier licenses.
• Conduct regular assessments of the waste providers associated with each contract to verify that all licenses and permits are current, ensuring ongoing legal compliance.

Data Management:
• Perform monthly audits of data entries to identify any discrepancies or errors, and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
• Report any identified issues to your line manager to facilitate timely resolutions.
