- Advanced Skills: Proficient in CRRT, intubations, and line placements.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI are required.
- Scheduling Requirements: Must fulfill minimal requirements based on FTE/contract.
- Floating Policy: Based on hospital needs.
- Bed Capacity: 32 beds available.
- Patient Ratios: 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio.
- Dress Code: Navy blue or black scrubs are required.
