Qualifications

Essential Responsibilities:

The following functions are essential to the role:

  • Stocking carts with necessary materials and equipment.
  • Ensuring work areas are clean and equipment is properly stored.
  • Disposing of waste and maintaining cleanliness in public restrooms.
  • Reporting lost and found items to the supervisor.
  • Assisting in lifting heavy items as needed.
  • Cleaning and maintaining housekeeping equipment.
  • Participating in departmental projects as assigned.

Additional Duties:

Other important functions include:

  • Responding to the housekeeping needs of residents.
  • Performing general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Following safety guidelines, especially in emergency situations.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent physical activity, including lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds. The ability to stand and walk for extended periods is essential.

Environmental Considerations:

Due to the nature of the work, employees may be exposed to various health and safety conditions. Candidates must be able to work in this environment without posing a risk to themselves or others.
