Our competitive salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
  • A minimum of 3 years of acute care experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
